Soulfully Guided Service Cancellation & Refunds Policy:

Session fees will not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows.

(Being more than 15 minutes late for a session will be also considered a no-show.) 

Sessions can be rescheduled 24+ hours in advance of your scheduled time.

These sessions should not be used to replace medical advice.

 
Soulfully Crafted SHOP policy
Selling lovingly crafted, best quality, original artwork,
carefully packed and shipped to your home.
​
‘All right reserved. Copying, rendering, licensing, renting, lending, selling and distributing
of original artwork and digital content, for any use and any form, both personal 
and commercial, is prohibited, unless individually requested and granted 
written permission from the author  states differently.’

Any customer's personal information collected during order realisation

is stored safely and NOT shared with third parties.

​

Payments taken only via PayPAL.

​

Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be or cancelled. 

Allowing changes to order made within 48hrs from submission.

​

No returns, no refunds.

Exchanges accepted if incorrect item has been sent.

​

Order realization can vary based on artwork size and shipping location.

Usually 7-14 days. 

Custom commissioned pieces may take significantly longer,

around 28 days as they need to be hand crafted to order.  

​

Responsibility for loss or damage to items once shipped

belongs to  the carrier: British Royal Mail.
